Zurich / CH. (aag) Swiss-Irish Aryzta AG announces it has agreed to sell its legacy Cloverhill facilities in Chicago and Cicero. The Group has agreed to sell the Cloverhill legacy Chicago facility (including the ambient brands «Big Texas» and «Cloverhill») to Hostess Brands LLC and has separately agreed to sell the legacy Cicero facility to Bimbo Bakeries USA, member of Mexico’s Grupo Bimbo. These disposals are consistent with Aryzta’s commitment to address non-core or non-strategic businesses and reflect a focus on maximising free cash flow – the company said in a very short statement.
