Moscow / RU. (ami) On August 06 the board of directors of OJSC United grain company elected Elena Skrynnik, the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, as the Chairman, declared the press-cutting service of the Ministry. According to Skrynnik, the main tasks of the company include foundation of logistics structure of grain market, grain storing, purchasing of grains from agricultural producers, selling of grains from the intervention fund, realization of grain interventions, and grain exports. The government worked out the strategy of development of the company till November. The company will mainly use grains from the intervention fund in the domestic requirements, marked Skrynnik. The board of directors of the company consists from Michael Alexeev, the chairman of the board of Unicredit Bank, Sergey Maslov, the president of CJSC Saint-Petersburg International Commodity Exchange, Denis Morozov, the ex-general director of Nornickel, Elias Petrov, the deputy director of the Federal Property Management Agency of Russia, Andrew Sizov, the general director of the analytical centre of CJSC SovEcon, Yuri Chihanchin, the head of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia.
