Europain 2020: bakery and pastry put on a great show

Paris / FR. (hsph) The leading event in the bakery-pastry industry is more than ever intent on highlighting the artisans in the sector. In January 2020, for the first time Europain will be held at the Paris Porte de Versailles venue in France and will be proud to host two exceptional contests. Indeed, the «Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie» and «Coupe Europe de la Pâtisserie» will bring together the best representatives in their trades from Europe and around the world.

Coupe Europe de la Pâtisserie

For the Coupe Europe de la Pâtisserie, 2020 will be remarkable in several respects. After Geneva and Turin, the travelling event continues its journey for a stopover in Paris. For the first time since its creation, the event will take place in the heart of the capital.

Eight teams selected from all over Europe will challenge each other on January 12 and 13, 2020 in an exceptional show. They will need to draw on their very best skills and talents in order to win a ticket for the world grand finale that will be held on 24 and 25 January 2021 as part of the Sirha Lyon trade fair.

This European round is one of the most challenging in the selection process and has revealed new nations on the pastry scene. It is also an event that is continually renewing itself. In this respect the rules and regulations of the contest are being updated and the new points and aspects will be presented later this year in September.

Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie
