AGF: Bakery-Technology-Convention now bilingual

Detmold / DE. (agf) This year, Tobias Schuhmacher, Executive Secretary of Germany’s AGF (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Getreideforschung) had the chance to take part in the AIBI congress in Manchester (UK). Several participants there told him, that they often had heard of the «Tagung für Bäckerei-Technologie» in Detmold, but never would come to Detmold due to the fact that they wouldn’t understand a word. AGF now decided to offer a simultaneous translation for the 70. Convention of Baking-Technology so that all bakers from all over Europe (and the rest of the world) have the opportunity to take part in the Convention.

The Convention of Baking-Technology takes place on November 12th and 13th. The event will have a simultaneous translation of all lectures during the two days. And AGF is very sure that most of the exhibitors and other participants are able to speak English, too. Recently, AGF has registrations for 18 exhibition booths. In total, the Convention expect approximately 300 participants.

The program (PDF | 609 KB) is available on AGF’s web server. If you would like to attend the event in the charming town of Detmold, please do not forget to register in time. Please note the registration form (PDF | 157 KB), also available on AGF’s web server. The registration is open up to October 11th. You are free to give this information to any of your colleagues or business partners that might be interested in taking part in the Convention.
