Topeka / KS. (tcc) According to the Topeka Chamber of Commerce Allen Foods will build a new facility in Kansas. The facility will be constructed on a 20-acre site and create in excess of 50 new jobs in Topeka. The company´s capital investment in the area will exceed 30 million USD. Allen Foods is part of Bimbo Bakeries USA, the Fort Worth-based subsidiary of Mexico-based Grupo Bimbo. The Topeka facility will focus on providing fresh, high quality bread products for the local market.
