Dusseldorf / DE. (md) From 12th to 15th September four trade fairs will be opening their gates at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre: Hogatec, InterMopro, InterMeat and InterCool. DTFood e.V., the platform for the German-Turkish food sector, uses the background of the international trade fair for gastronomy, the hotel sector and the food sectors meat, dairy and frozen products to create a frame for the first European Halal Conference.
This conference, supported by Messe Dusseldorf, won´t be a further event on which the relevance of the Halal market and its potential will be discussed. The 1st European Halal Conference intends to bring the multipliers of the branch, in example certifiers, companies, theologians and lawyers together and to offer them a platform for developing a standard European Halal Certificate.
Moderated by DTFood working groups will discuss the main points of the theme and then agree on a work schedule which ought to realize the development and implementation of a standard European Halal Certificate step by step until 2015.
DTFood and Messe Dusseldorf like to inform you, as a certifying company or as a company that is interested in Halal-Food as a new business market, about the upcoming conference and kindly ask for your support. For further details, please go to
