(if) According to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) the Committee has permitted private enterprise Multimix, based in Donetsk region, to gain control over OJSC Donetsk Bakery + Confectiona, Kramatorsk bakery, Khartsyzsk bakery and Shakhtarsky Khlib. Multimix has been permitted to acquire over 50 percent of the shares of each of the companies. Currently, Multimix controls all four of the enterprises in Donetsk region, but indirectly through Ukragroinvest financial company. Multimix is the holding company of one of the largest groups in the Ukraine producing bread and other foods. The key region of its activity is the Donetsk region. Multimix founder is Oleksandr Leschynsky.
