Zurich / CH. (aag) Swiss-Irish Aryzta AG held its 2020 AGM on 15 December in Schlieren. Based on Article 27 of the Ordinance 3 issued by the Swiss Federal Council on measures to combat the coronavirus (Covid-19) of 19 June 2020, the AGM was held without the presence of shareholders. Shareholders representing in excess of 74 percent of shares eligible to vote approved all Board proposals with the exception of the proposal from Lodbrok to re-elect Alejandro Legarda Zaragüeta as member of the Board of Directors. The Board had proposed to reject this proposal.
