Helsinki / FI. (pg) Annual General Meeting of Finland’s Paulig Group elected Chair of the Board Jukka Moisio and Vice-Chair of the Board Eduard Paulig for a three-year extension period. Oliver Paulig was elected as the Observer of the Board for the next two years. In addition, current Members Mathias Bergman, Christian Köhler, Heikki Takala, Petra Teräsaho and Christina Wergens will continue as members of the Board. Sarah Tähkälä, SVP, Legal at Paulig Group, continues as the Board Secretary.
