Fodelia Group: 2024 Time of good growth and development

Pyhäntä / FI. (foy) The Group’s business performed very well in the third quarter. Comparable continuing operations net sales increased by 18 percent in July–September compared to the same period last year. Operating income excluding the costs of the long-term incentive scheme for the period was approximately 10 percent, Finland’s Fodelia Oyj Group says in its unaudited 9M-2024 financial statement.

Summary for January to September 2024 (versus 9M-2023)

  • Adjusted Ebitda was EUR 3,912 thousand (3,448 thousand), or 9.8 percent of net sales (9.4).
  • Ebitda was EUR 5,236 thousand (3,448 thousand), or 13.1 percent of net sales (9.4).
  • Adjusted Ebita was EUR 2,655 thousand (2,315 thousand), or 6.6 percent of net sales (6.3).
  • Ebita was EUR 1,402 thousand (2,315 thousand), or 3.5 percent of net sales (6.3).
  • Adjusted Ebit was EUR 2,354 thousand (1,982 thousand), or 5.9 percent of net sales (5.4).
  • Ebit was EUR 1,101 thousand (1,982 thousand), or 2.7 percent of net sales (5.4).
