Philadelphia / PA. (bw) Tasty Baking Company announced that Paul D. Ridder has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March 28. Ridder will report to Charles P. Pizzi, President and Chief Executive Officer. Since joining Tasty Baking Company in March, 2007, Ridder has served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he will lead all areas of corporate finance, accounting, external reporting, taxation, treasury management and investor relations. The company also announced that David S. Marberger has resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective March 28. Marberger will become the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy for Godiva Chocolatier, Incorporated (press release).
