A total of 78’940’460 shares will be outstanding. Trading of the shares of ARYZTA AG on the SWX Swiss Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange ISE commenced August 22, 2008. The IAWS Group PLC results for the year ended July 31, 2008, the Hiestand Holdings AG interim results for the period ended June 30, 2008 and the pro-forma results for ARYZTA AG for the year ended July 31 will be released on September 22, 2008.
