Fort Worth / TX. (wib) Bimbo Bakeries USA, the Fort Worth-based subsidiary of Mexico-based Grupo Bimbo, has shifted its headquarters to Horsham (PA). Fort Worth is expected to remain the headquarters for the Western division of Bimbo USA, the company said in a statement. According to the company the decision to move was made shortly after Bimbo completed the acquisition of Weston Foods´ U.S. fresh bakery business. Horsham, which is a suburb of Philadelphia, was the U.S. headquarters of Toronto-based George Weston Bakeries prior to the Weston unit sale.
