BioFach and Vivaness: continue their success story

Nuremberg / DE. (nm) The world´s leading exhibition invites the industry to Franconia for its annual festival and 2.740 exhibitors (2007: 2.547) from all over the world are delighted to accept the invitation. Like actor, gastronome and winegrower Gérard Depardieu, who officially opened BioFach today, the World Organic Trade Fair, and Vivaness, the Trade Fair for Natural Personal Care and Wellness. The international organic market is booming and its world-leading exhibition is again at its best and most successful with eight percent more exhibitors from 21 to 24 February. Two thirds of the exhibitors travel to BioFach and Vivaness from abroad. Companies from 78 countries occupy twelve percent more space this time with 47.118 square metres net (2007: 42.021 square metres). Besides an impressively strong presence of German organic producers (935), Italy (392), Spain (204), France (176) and Austria (111) are traditionally very well represented. The some 45.000 buyers expected this year (2007: 45.469) from over 100 nations can also eagerly look forward to products from the newcomers in 2008: Benin, Cameroon, Madagascar, Nepal, Rwanda and Zimbabwe. The world´s leading exhibition BioFach is also the biggest organic wine exhibition in the world.
