Tukwila / WA. (cm) Continental Mills has acquired the Albers branded Cornmeal and Grits business from Nestle USA Incorporated. effective October 01st 2008. Albers has been a consumer brand since it was founded in 1899. The acquisition extends Continental Mills´ presence in the branded Baking and Breakfast categories. Continental Mills, based near Seattle, currently produces prepared flour mixes and other products, primarily under the Krusteaz brand.
