Diemen / NL. (csm) The Dutch CSM N.V., global leader in bakery products, has officially opened its Innovation Center in Merksem, Belgium. The new center sets the standard in the market of margarines and shows CSM´s competitive strength as a leader in innovation, the company says in a statement. CSM recently launched Optinature, a full range of premium 100 percent natural margarines and melanges for all bakery applications – responding to the desire of consumers in Europe for bakery products with natural ingredients.
