Dubai / UAE. (df) Dofreeze LLC is established as one of the leading players in the bakery industry in the Middle East and Asia with state of the art production lines to produce premium quality, Long shelf-life branded cakes and a comprehensive range of frozen dough products. Today DoFreeze runs five production lines producing more than 50’000 cakes per hour, while a newly installed fully automated frozen dough production line has the capacity to produce 20’000 croissants per hour – the company explains on its web site. Established in 1999, Dofreeze has recently shifted to its new state of the art manufacturing facility in Dubai Industrial City, on an area spanning across 500’000 square feet. The production capacity has been tripled in the new facility. A large range of new products is being developed and will be launched in several phases, the company says. According to several newspapers in the Middle East, the new manufacturing facility has cost 180 million AED (34,23 million EUR).
