Lucerne (CH) | Montigny le Bretonneux (FR). (eag) Swiss Emmi Group has completed the acquisition of French Mademoiselle Desserts Group, as announced in July 2024. Mademoiselle Desserts specialises in innovative premium patisserie. The transaction complements Emmi’s dessert portfolio to include French inspired desserts from a company with a leading presence in the in-store-bakery and food service area. By creating a «Desserts PowerHouse», Emmi will double its sales share in the strategic premium desserts niche and will take on a leading role in the premium dessert category that is growing on a global scale. Emmi also confirms its full-year guidance for 2024 for its current business, excluding Mademoiselle Desserts.
