Thomasville / GA. (ff) Flowers Foods Inc., the United States’s second-largest producer and marketer of fresh packaged bakery foods, announced it has completed the acquisition of Dave’s Killer Bread, the nation’s best-selling organic bread, from its shareholders, including members of the founding Dahl family and Goode Partners, for approximately 275 million USD in cash. Dave’s Killer Bread will operate as an independent subsidiary of Flowers Foods.

We welcome the more than 300 Dave’s Killer Bread employee partners, who bring great expertise and enthusiasm to Flowers».
