Markt Einersheim / DE. (fr) FRITSCH has had an excellent relationship with Poland for a long time now. Today, however, with the christening of its subsidiary FRITSCH POLSKA Sp. z o.o., the bakery systems manufacturer has made the relationship official and documented the exceptional importance of the Polish market for the company. Wroclaw-based, four full-time associates will turn their attentions to the concerns of Polish bakers throughout the region and thereby significantly strengthen the company´s activities in Poland. Fritsch CEO Klaus Fritsch is overjoyed: «This is a move that will position us a great deal closer to our Polish customers. We will now be able to respond much more quickly to their needs and demands». It goes without saying that on-site product support is also well served by this move. FRITSCH POLSKA also has a master baker on board to answer any questions related to dough processing technology. FRITSCH was successful in winning Henryk Sztrum for the position of general manager of the subsidiary. Sztrum has acquired considerable experience over the years in leadership roles in sales and marketing organizations in Poland.
