Sydney / AU. (gfl) Goodman Fielder Limited announced that the company´s Chief Financial Officer, David Goldsmith, has indicated that he intends to depart the company. Goldsmith has advised that he will be joining private equity investment company TPG as a Senior Advisor. Goldsmith will leave the company in February 2011 and a search for his replacement will commence immediately. In making the announcement, Managing Director Peter Margin said: «David has made a significant contribution during his time at Goodman Fielder, particularly in strengthening our financial disciplines around cash flow management. We wish him well in his new undertaking».
