Berlin / DE. (riag) Existing shareholders of HelloFresh GmbH agreed to invest a total amount of 110.0 million EUR in HelloFresh. Rocket Internet AG participates with an amount of 100.0 million EUR. Insight Venture Partners also takes part. Based on this financing round, HelloFresh´s post-money valuation of 131.2 million EUR increases to 623.8 million EUR (pre further dilution through management participations). Rocket Internet´s total shareholding in HelloFresh changes as a result of this capital increase and a preceding secondary transaction (Rocket Internet acquired shares for a purchase price of 30.1 million EUR) from 37.4 percent to a majority position of 51.7 percent (pre further dilution through management participations). This results in an increase in the last portfolio value (LPV) of Rocket Internet´s stake in HelloFresh by 273.3 million EUR (from 49.1 to 322.4 million EUR).
