Teheran / IR. (irna) The Second International Bakery Exhibition (IBEX) will be open in Teheran Permanent International Fairgrounds on October 18 and will run for four days. The news agency IRNA quoted the Iranian Deputy Minister of Commerce Majid Parsania as saying that 17 foreign firms from France, Italy, China, South Korea, and Türkiye as well as 57 Iranian companies will showcase their latest achievements and cutting-edge technology at the event. Suppliers of flour and yeast and manufacturers of related industrial equipment will also display their products in the expo, Parsania said. The event will be a suitable venue for domestic producers to introduce their capabilities and familiarize people with advantages of industrial bread compared with traditionally baked bread.
