Riga / LV. (div) Konditorei Junge GmbH + Co KG, a German bakery and confectionery firm, has become a co-owner in Krumina Bekereja SIA, a Latvian pastry manufacturer – better known as Kuku Paradize. According to the sources in Riga, Junge has acquired a 20 percent stake in the Latvian company, and a new pastry shop-cafe in Riga has been named after Junge in honour of the successful partnership. Depending on the results of this pastry shop-cafe, Junge may decide to open more outlets, the sources say.
