Lembeke / BE. (lb) Lotus Bakeries NV announced that it had concluded an agreement with Accent Equity, a Swedish private equity fund, to purchase the shares of Swedish company Annas Pepparkakor Holding AB together with its affiliated enterprises. As planned, the final closing took place with 100 percent of the shares of Annas Pepparkakor Holding AB transferred to the Lotus Bakeries Group. Anna´s results will be consolidated into those of the Lotus Bakeries Group from 01 December 2008 (see bakenet:eu on Monday 2008-11-10).
