Once again, in 2009 the most excellent companies in the bakery and confectionery branches are attracted to this leading trade fair for the Russian and CIS markets. The fair offers a first rate event calendar to boot. The 2009 supporting programme centres on the topics Pastry and Snacks, The Bakery in the Supermarket and Frozen Bakery Products.

Confectionery topics take centre stage on the Modern Bakery Moscow. This year as in 2008, the supporting programme offers the «Confectionery Master Class». This is where the leading providers of ingredients and equipment for the confectionery sector share their knowledge, new ideas, applications and technologies. Among the many items on the calendar are presentations on decorating techniques for confections, glazing and icing with frosting and chocolate and also recipes for new muffin varieties.

The featured event in the seminar series «Snacks, Pastries + Coffee» centres around the question «How can I offer more variety and improve my profit margins?» This question is crucial for many small and medium-sized bakeries. Experts are there to answer their questions. They also present live hot and cold snacks, pastries and fine baked goods as well as coffee specialties. The expert visitors receive exclusive recipes and mock-up bills. An expert will also provide information on shop fitting.

The fair dedicates the second trade fair day to the process and quality optimisation.
