Downers Grove / IL. (slc) Sara Lee Corporation said that James Nolan, executive vice president and CEO of North American Fresh Bakery, has resigned – according to a filing with the US-American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The 54-year-old is leaving for another professional opportunity. A replacement has not yet been named. According to another source a Sara Lee spokesman said Nolan will be going to a small private equity firm, but that the company won’t be disclosing the name of the firm at this time.
