Minneapolis / MN. (sfc) New senior executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer of The Schwan Food Company is Bernadette M. Kruk. She will report to company vice chairman, president and chief executive officer M. Lenny Pippin. In her new position, Kruk will be responsible for the financial, accounting, and tax services of the organization, including risk management and audit services. She will continue to lead the Human Resources and Schwan´s University teams. Kruk replaces outgoing senior executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer Tracy Burr who is resigning to relocate to San Jose (CA), where he will begin his next career opportunity with Ernst + Young LLP as a tax partner (press release).
